Homecoming. For Real.

When was was the last time you made it to Homecoming at OHS? 30 years? Back in high school it all seemed a little artificial: the football played an away game or two and we need to create a whole event to welcome them back? Well, this time, for many of us, it’s genuine. A chance to revisit a ritual from past--the post-adolescent angst should have faded by now--and spend some time with long lost friends. You should be there.
Firday night we’ll be gathering at Randy’s Waterline--Randy Eder is “Randy” of the name--after the other Homecoming activities. Love to see you there.
Here’s how to find it:

Still summer, but before you know it we’ll have sweater weather (or fleece weather if you’re anything like my house--don’t you wish we had Polartec back in the day?) and that means football and where there’s football there’s a Homecoming happening somewhere. Ours is happening the weekend of October 9th. You should be there. There’s a parade and a football game played by talented amateurs who aren’t in it for the money. We’ll be getting together at Randy’s Waterline in Okauchee (Randy Eder, prop.) on Friday night to kick things off.
